Globalroof mp F60
Layered flat roof with combined thermal insulation made by PIR decks and mineral fiber insulation with the bearing layer of trapezoidal sheet and main hydro insulation of PVC foil. Outstanding loads bearing capacity for variable application with fire resistance from 15 to 60 minutes.
Composition:
- Supporting steel trapezoidal sheets Trapeza 55/250 T, Hacierco 135/310, Hacierco 153/290, Hacierco 160/250 HL, Hacierco 200/420, minimal th. 0,75 mm
- Thermal insulation layer combined PIR decks FD-L th. ≥ 100 mm and mineral stone fiber insulation min. 20 mm
Performance and characteristics:
- Coefficient of the thermal transmittance to UD = 0,14 W/m².K (mineral insulation 95 mm and PIR deck 100 mm)
- Maximal fire resistance of layered roof system is REI 60
